Lovely staff and a vibrant location
Waking up to the delicious breakfast was an absolute treat!
However, the room felt outdated, with some lingering smells that could be off-putting. The shower pressure was inconsistent, and there were minor issues with the bathroom facilities.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the hotel's ideal location near Hoan Kiem Lake. The spacious Deluxe Family Room was perfect for my wife, our 3 teenagers, and me. The staff were incredibly attentive, making our stay feel special, especially when we left our bags here while exploring Sapa.
My kids wished the hotel had a pool for downtime.
